Kerridge Commercial Systems provide a Software Support Service to assist the Customer with queries and problems regarding their System. The International Software Support team consists of both Technical and Application Consultancy staff with extensive knowledge of the Kerridge Commercial Systems software solutions, database and web technologies.

The Software Support Service will include:

• Assistance with problems and queries processing data;
• Assistance with queries regarding specific Software operation or functionality;
• Implementation of Software Changes;
• Investigation and assistance with issues affecting the operation of the Software;
• Investigation of issues affecting access to all or part of the Software;
• Assistance with data reconciliation and verification requirements;
• Attendance at meetings with the Customer to discuss current or recently completed Calls, or other matters affecting the Software Support Service.

Queries and problems can be reported by telephone, fax or via the Internet, Software support is provided remotely via telephone and VPN links into the Customers system to allow remote diagnosis and ensure the speediest resolution

In addition to our usual Support offering we can also provide a wide range of other services, including training, report writing, data reorganizations and extended hours Support.
